Do you use steam cleaning on mattresses?
We use shampoo with hot water extraction, which removes the dirt and dust mites and pulls the moisture back out. It is the safest method for foam and spring mattresses.
Is mattress cleaning safe for babies and children?
Yes. The products are extracted with the dirt and the mattress is left to dry fully. Many parents book it for cot and children's mattresses.
Do you clean both sides of the mattress?
The sleeping side is cleaned as standard. Ask for both sides if the mattress is flipped regularly or has stains underneath.
Can you remove dust mites from a mattress?
Deep vacuuming and hot water extraction remove dust mites and the dust they live in. Regular cleaning every six to twelve months keeps them from building up again.
Can I book mattress cleaning with a sofa or carpet clean?
Yes. Sofa, carpet and mattress cleaning use the same equipment and are usually done in one visit.
