Do you clean rugs at home or take them away?
At home. Rugs and runners are cleaned where they are, on a protective sheet, so nothing leaves the house. We do not offer off site rug washing.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
A few hours with the AC on. Keep foot traffic off it until it is dry to the touch.
Can you clean silk or Persian rugs?
Wool and synthetic rugs are fine. Silk and antique rugs need specialist care and we recommend a rug specialist for those.
How often should carpets be cleaned in Abu Dhabi?
Every six to twelve months for most homes, and more often with pets, children or allergies. Regular vacuuming in between keeps sand from settling deep in the pile.
How much does carpet cleaning cost in Abu Dhabi?
It depends on the area to be cleaned, the fibre and whether you add a sofa or mattress to the same visit. Send the room sizes or a photo on WhatsApp and you get a clear quote before booking.
Do you use steam cleaning for carpets?
We use shampoo with hot water extraction, which is what most people mean by steam carpet cleaning. It loosens the dirt and pulls it out with the water rather than leaving it in the pile.
Is carpet cleaning safe for children and pets?
Yes. The solutions are carpet grade and are extracted with the dirt. Once the carpet is dry there is no residue to worry about.
Do I need to move the furniture before you arrive?
Move small items and anything fragile if you can. The agent works around heavy furniture or shifts it slightly and cleans underneath where possible.
Can you clean carpets the same day?
Sometimes. Message us early and we check the schedule. Same week bookings are usually easy to arrange.
Can you remove pet urine smell from a carpet?
Usually, yes. Pet marks are pre treated and extracted, then the carpet is deodorised. Very old, repeated soiling that has reached the underlay may need more than one treatment.
